Fee Schedule Overview

At LINKS Pediatric and Adolescent Behavioral Health, we are committed to providing transparent and comprehensive care. Our fee schedule is designed to reflect the value of personalized, expert services offered by Dr. Caroline Kabel-Kotler and our team. Included at no additional cost for established patients are:

  • Letter requests regarding your child’s care
  • Telephone consultations with your child’s primary care physician
  • After-hours text/telephone access
  • Telehealth visits at the same cost as on-site visits

Missed Visit Policy: Please note a “Missed Visit Fee” will be applied for appointments not canceled more than 48 hours in advance.

Appointment Fee Schedule

Initial Behavioral Consultation:

$1,075.00

  • 4-Hour Comprehensive psychiatric and behavioral evaluation.
  • Assesment Inclues medical, developmental, psychiatric and family history.
  • Missed Visit Fee: $1,075.00
Behavioral Follow-Up Visit

$390.00

  • A 90-minute consultation for returning patients reestablishing care following a six-month or longer gap in treatment.

  • Missed Visit Fee: $390.00
Medication Follow up Recheck Visits

 $195.00

  • Varies based on patient age, medication prescribed, and level of monitoring required, in accordance with AAP guidelines.
  • Missed Visit Fee: $195.00
Genetic Testing Report Review

$575.000

  • 2-hour In-depth consultation analyzing genetic data to guide individualized medicine and customized treatment plans.
  • Missed Visit Fee: $575.00

Educational Advocacy Fee Schedule

Educational Advocacy

$300.00 per hour

  • IEP/School Meeting Attendence
  • Customized IEP meeting preparation, featuring detailed report analysis, tailored evaluation and support services.
IEP/School Meeting Attendance

$320.00

  • Dr. Kotler attends meetings to advocate for the child’s educational needs.
